SYSTEM PARAMETERS & REQUIREMENTS

ProFileCV.com can be used by anyone who is granted access rights as established by the company administrator.

All companies are established free of charge and there is no limit on how many users may be registered, although management for the ADMIN must be considered. Users are not charged for using ProFileCV.com.

More than one company administrator may be on file with ProFileCV.com, and each ADMIN will receive new user requests.

Users need to have access to the internet and any web browser is acceptable.

If files are to be stored on a company intranet, network, or FTP site, a system administrator will be required to set up users to have full access to the files. This standard must be established by the ProFileCV.com company administrator prior to registering users to view tools, so that all documents are stored in one agreed location.

If using Progressive’s secure server to house all documents, the following will be enforced:

File sizes: 1 MB max. Users must Zip or condense the files if the size exceeds this range.

Quantity of files: There is no limit to the quantity of files on the server . However, management of the files may become difficult with that many files, so we encourage users to combine files with a Zip or other software and use the descriptive text to manage the different items.

To view posted documents (on the server or at the company), the user must have the required software, including .zip.

Files may be downloaded or uploaded at anytime, from any computer, as long as the user has the appropriate access.
