USERS AND RIGHTS

Security is a concern for any company, and ProFileCV.com takes security seriously as well. Therefore, ProfileCV.com has several levels of access rights for viewing or editing the tools within the database. Files stored on the ProFileCV.com server are also protected by these access rights and with additional webserver file protection so that each user of ProFileCV.com can be confident that only the approved users of the site have access to the specified files.

TOOL INFORMATION AND SECURITY

Administrators are set up by Progressive Components, upon requesting a registration. There is only one ADMIN for each company, unless the ADMIN wishes to register another ADMIN to have equal access and viewing rights.

The ADMIN sets up users with access with universal access (the same rights for all tools) or with specific rights within the tool. Below is an example of the different access levels that can be set for each:

FILE STORAGE SECURITY

Tool owners may decide to store files on a local server, the internet (via FTP) or upload them to the ProFileCV.com site. To learn more about document storage, click on the Documents button below which will show the specific screens and describe system requirements.
