ProFileCV.com can be set up and monitored by an ADMIN usually the tool owner who wants the standards established and full access to all information.

The tool owner is able to then set up users with different levels of access, depending on the needs of the particular user.

For example, the mold designer may have access to upload the files when completed. The ADMIN would then grant permission early on and remove the designer as a user when the files are completed.

In another example, the ADMIN could set up program managers as users with full access to the files and to the information, keeping their registration listed throughout the life of the tool or program.

The users and access rights are determined by the ADMIN and they can be tool designers, program managers, tool builders, design engineers, etc... whoever needs access to the information.
